Peter was the first child born to Garret S and Anna M Wilson Van Blarcom.
On July 12, 1883, Peter married Mary A Backster, daughter of John J and Emma C Backster. They had one child, John Garret in 1885.
According to census docs, Peter worked as a school teacher.
Peter died in 1900 and is buried with his wife and son at North Hardyston Cemetery in Hamburg, Sussex, New Jersey.
