Margaret Ann Roe Davis
Margaret “Maggie” Ann Roe was the fourth child and fourth daughter born to Daniel B and Margaret Martha Vanderhoof Roe.
On April 18, 1875, Maggie married Horace D Davis, son of Nelson Dexter davis and Adelaide M Wescott Davis of Caton. Maggie and Horace adopted Maggie’s cousin, Clarence Sanford Vanderhoof (son of Henry John and Ursula Ann Smith Vanderhoof) in about 1883.
Maggie is buried with her husband at Elmwood Cemetery in Caton, Steuben, New York.
