Jacob Vanderhoof
Jacob was the fifth child born to Garret and Catherine Winters Vanderhoof. Jacob lived at home until his marriage to Susan Cole in the early 1860s.
Jacob and Susan had ten children: Emma C, Mary F, Eliza J, Malina, Lillie, Almira, Martha (m. George Tallman), Theodore, Rufus and Alfred.
Jacob worked as a farmer and his wife was home keeping house.
Jacob died in 1910 and is buried at Oak Ridge Cemetery in West Milford, Passaic, New Jersey.
