Genevieve “Jennie” May McDonald was daughter of Wallace J McDonald and Adelia M Wyman McDonald. She lived at home until at least 1900 and probably up until her marriage in 1906.

On October 10, 1906 Genevieve married Andrew J Price, son of James Edwin Price and Lucy Ann Van Blarcom Price. Jennie and Andrew had six children all born in Higgins, Roscommon, Michigan; Ivy Jane (1907-1983), James Edwin (1909-1957), Andrew Jackson (1910-1984), Richard Wallace Price (1912-1976), Kathryn Emma Price (1916-1999), and Marjorie Price (1918-1992).

Genevieve stayed at home keeping house and raising the children.

Genevieve May McDonald Price died in 1923 from a combination of pneumonia and influenza. She is buried with her husband at Roscommon Village Cemetery in Roscommon, Michigan.
