Caroline Scott Stingley Van Blarcom
Caroline “Carrie” Stingley was born in West Viginia to Wellington Harness and Margaret Welton Stingley.
On March 8, 1894, Carrie married Samuel Van Blarcom, son of John and Emma Weller Van Blarcom. They had two children; Mary Louise and Hobart Scott.
Carrie died about 2 weeks after her son was born, possibly due to complications during childbirth. She is buried with her husband at Sunset Cemetery in Manhattan, Riley County, Kansas.
