Lewis Beam Hiler
Lewis Beam Hiler was born in 1825, son of John Hiler and Ruth Garrigus Hiler.
On February 13, 1855, Lewis married Mary Louisa Ball, daughter of Isaac Ball and Sarah Burnett Ball. Lewis and Mary had three children; Edward Everett (1856-1924), Dora Emily (1858-1933) and Anna J (1863-1914).
Lewis worked as a carpenter.
In 1963, Lewis registered for the Civil War, though there is no record of him serving.
Lewis Beam Hiler died in 1885 and is buried with his wife at the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Rockaway, Morris County, New Jersey.
